A roll-off dumpster is an open-top steel container that a truck slides off onto your driveway or job site and hauls away when you’re done. Sizes are measured in cubic yards of volume. One cubic yard is a 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft cube, and a full-size pickup bed holds about two to three cubic yards loosely loaded.
